Mr. Chell is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Draganfly Inc. Under his leadership, Draganfly has expanded its presence across the defense, public safety, emergency response, healthcare, agriculture, and industrial markets and has achieved a market capitalization exceeding $200 million.
Leonard Enriquez
LEAD WASTE TO ENERGY ADVISOR-MIT GRADUATE
Leonard has spent more than three decades developing large-scale solid waste infrastructure projects, particularly in emerging markets where modern waste-management systems are most urgently needed. His industry experience includes ten years as Vice President for North America with Compagnie Générale des Eaux, now Veolia Environnement, where he was responsible for optimizing the performance of nine waste-to-energy facilities and coordinating a $2 billion North American acquisition and expansion program. During that period, the business grew from approximately 400 employees and $200 million in annual revenue to more than 3,000 employees and $1 billion in annual revenue.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Transportation and Logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Having lived and worked across four continents, he conducts business in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Rob Czukor
President of Tire Recycling Consultants
Rob Czukor is President of Tire Recycling Consultants L.L.C. and brings more than 30 years of experience in the waste tire industry across the United States and Canada. He has advised companies involved in tire recycling, tire-derived carbon black, and related markets, providing strategic insight and access to an extensive industry network.
Throughout his career, Mr. Czukor has helped develop commercial applications for recycled tire materials, including rubberized asphalt, safety flooring, and durable infrastructure products. His work has supported the beneficial reuse of millions of scrap tires that might otherwise have been landfilled or incinerated.
Jimmy Gieskopf
Advisor-expert in nasdaq listings
James P. Geiskopf is an experienced business executive and public-company director with more than three decades of leadership, corporate governance, financial, and operational experience. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Budget Rent a Car of Fairfield, California, until selling the franchise in 2007. Mr. Geiskopf has also served on the boards of Suisun Valley Bank and Napa Valley Bancorp, providing him with extensive experience overseeing businesses and financial institutions.
Mr. Geiskopf served for more than eleven years as Lead Independent Director of Nasdaq-listed Verb Technology Company, where he also chaired the Compensation Committee and served on several other board committees. During his tenure, he helped provide board oversight as VERB completed an approximately $558 million strategic financing and began its transformation into TON Strategy Company, a Nasdaq-listed digital-asset treasury company focused on Toncoin.

Majid Zafer is a sustainability and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience helping commercial and industrial organizations pursue digital transformation and environmental objectives. He has since applied this expertise to the blockchain and Web3 sectors, with a focus on sustainable enterprise adoption.
Mr. Zafer advises blockchain companies on sustainability strategies and ISO certification while supporting emerging projects through a Web3 incubator. His work brings together sustainability, blockchain technology, and practical business solutions designed to accelerate responsible innovation.
Ken DiScipio
Tavistock Group Managing Director Business Development & Strategic Relationships
Ken joined Tavistock Group/Lake Nona in 2015 as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales, overseeing the organization’s business development activities. He brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate real estate, tenant representation, sales, and strategic development, having completed transactions with a total value exceeding $4.5 billion.
Before joining Tavistock, Ken held senior leadership positions with Cushman & Wakefield, Grubb & Ellis, and CBRE. His career has included managing corporate-services teams and complex, multi-market transactions across the United States, Australia, and New Zealand while advising major corporate clients on their real estate strategies.
