As we approach the filing of our FY2024 10-K, which will be filed very soon, we want to thank our shareholders and supporters for their continued confidence.
In Q4, we made a pivotal decision: to focus our business entirely on one urgent mission—transforming plastic waste into clean energy resources using our waste conversion technology. Due to that change in focus we needed additional time to insure our past activities are accounted for correctly as we turn our entire focus onto 2025.
This shift wasn't just strategic—it was essential.

After many years of development, 2025 marks our first full year operating as a purpose-driven clean energy company. Our team sees waste differently—not as trash, but as an untapped resource that can be diverted from landfills, converted into an asset and eliminated through smart innovation and technology.
